Best Hand Car Wash 2

Ive brought my LS430 here for more than a year because I trust this shop to do a good job at a fair price. Their employees always seemed to care. Lately the quality of their washes has slipped - its good for people to enjoy their work but not when they ignore what they should be doing. Ive left with areas of my car still dirty and excess water that should have been dried off. At the slightly higher price I expect a little more. Still plan to return as they are convenient and friendly. UPDATE - They must read their reviews because the quality of their service has vastly improved, not that it was bad before. I appreciate the extra attention to details! Service: Vacuuming

The owner the Chinese guy needs to find another kind of business hes very rude, its not my fault he didnt become a doctor, he treats his employees like as if he owns them, he didnt even clean my car right

Did a good job with a wax included a couple of weeks ago. Yesterday had it washed, noticed 3 people wiping it down using towels that went from dirty door jams to the body. Sure enough son in law noticed scratches on the hood, I had told the counter guy b4 I left this could happen but I didn't see it before I left. Vacumn job was average at best, and I paid for the Xtra Clean!! Came here because SUV is brand new, I called they cannot remove scratches!! Black color will show, all they said was Sorry?? Really, beware of this place.
