Lady I met with earlier in the day was nice and helpful. Came back later and there were three customers and two sales people ( not the nice lady who helped earlier). Two sales dudes say it will be a long while before they can help yet only one of them seemed to be actually working. Then they say that they can order what I want. But still have to wait to watch one guy sitting on his stool while there are only three people in the store and it will take a long while. ATT is making it clear they want people to not use their stores. Mission accomplished. Remarkably lazy salesmen. Maybe bring back and only hire people like the nice lady. And then tried to call the store. 11 times. They never answered.

Tried calling the store and they just hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional!!!! Am calling AT&T corporate to report for doing this 3 times!!!!

The salesperson, Wahaj, lied to us about any internet plan covering the expenses of cancelling my previous internet service providers contract. He shouldve known that only fiber plans include this service. We only got back a $40 credit to our monthly payment with AT&T thanks to your customer service team, but that is not even half of what I have to pay monthly for my internet plan from my previous service provider. We feel scammed.

*This review is about the associates at this AT&T store. Not about AT&T as a whole* My dad and I visit this store 1x every 2 years or so for iPhone and iPad-related reasons. When we enter we are always acknowledged and offered help or given a time frame of when the next associate is available. The associates take their time to answer our questions, Ive never felt pressured to buy or upgrade, and Ive never been made to feel stupid (despite asking some stupid questions!). We do our best to visit during the week (not lunchtime) or first thing on weekends.
