Small business owners be careful. This group will overcharge for their services! They send you an invoice without detailing their charges. Once you make them aware that the bill is outrages and not in accordance with what was previously discussed , they realized that they overcharged per owner. Sadly, the employee in charge of billing will not admit her mistake and responds rudely once you make her aware of her incompetence of providing a detailed invoice in the first place. In regart to your response your invoice created by your office manager was not detailed! She charged a sum of 2,000 not detailing why. Mr Cooper stated that the charge for the service provided was 125 5 = 625. That's not close to 2,.000. Please make sure that your office manager is skilled in basic math so future clients won't be overcharged. Small business owners beware of this company they apparently like to over charge. Yes ir makes me upset beign grossly overcharged I'm a cancer survivor and have lots of medical bills I don't like to feel taken advantage of by someone not applying basic math skills in a CPA office
