Hired Merlin around 2016 for business startup. He talked a good game and charged me but never provided the statements needed and then disappeared along with $550 of my money. I do not recommend this person

Merlin was very professional, organized, and ready to work with me. He had completed all work provided within a very reasonable time frame, with results I was very pleased with. Hire for yourself and you will be satisfied.

Mr. Cavallin not only finished on time, he finished my taxes early. As I have income earned in several states, filing is more complicated. He also found ways to avoid paying tax previous accountants couldnt. Friendly, professional, early and saved me money. Whats not to like?!

I have been trying to get our taxes filed for a month and we never get anyone on the phone for the main line. Our tax preparer hardly answers our calls. If they could not prepare our taxes, they should have been upfront from the start and not asked us to upload our documents just to string us along. They were great the 2 prior years but this year has been a horrible experience. If we could just get someone on the phone Im sure this could be resolved. But we have tried so many times over the last 3 weeks with no luck.
