        They do not return calls or emails. Last year and this year I had simple but important questions about my return. My actual return from the IRS last year was $1,000's less than the number that was on the return P&G filed. I contacted the IRS and they said that there were mistakes on my return. I paid Potter and Golden $700 last year and they have not responded to any attempt I've made to get in touch with them to try to figure out what went wrong. I recommend going elsewhere.
