We just joined with the monthly subscription and had a wonderful experience with our monthly handyman, Nate - he is very kind and efficient, and was even happy to teach my kids who were very curious about the work he was doing. Great experience and looking forward to what we accomplish with Nate next month.

Amazing service and exceptional team. I highly recommend for the jobs/tasks/honey-do items that will take you more time to figure out than the job itself! Cat and Jason are phenomenal and wonderful to work with! I will use them again!

Be careful if you sign up for a monthly plan!! I signed up for a 3 month subscription during the holidays thinking it would be a good idea to help get things done around our new house. Keeping up with this service is more work than less! I was scheduled for a 2-hour handyman service initially. They canceled that appointment and said the first appointment is with Kat. Okay, fine. I had one 2-hour handyman service the 2nd month. I had to reschedule the 3rd months handyman service due to my daughter getting sick. I was then charged for a 4th month without any sort of notification of an upcoming charge, unlike every other recurring subscription we have. You get DAILY texts about approving quotes, but not one notification of upcoming renewals?!? They now refuse to refund that charge even though I reached out immediately to cancel the subscription and the handyman. I also never received the 3rd months hours that I needed to reschedule! Good luck trying to get someone from membership services on the phone. I've called numerous times and left voicemails to not get a return call. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company now. I like to support small businesses, but this business isn't run fairly and I had a disappointing experience.
