Adrianna was amazing. This was my first time at this salon and I used a Groupon and received a full highlight, haircut, deep condition, styling, and blow dry. I showed Adrianna some inspiration pics and she DID not disappoint. I wanted to refresh my blonde and add some money pieces and definition. There was a bit of a language barrier as I only speak a little Spanish, but we both managed as she used a translator app and she checked in multiple times to make sure everything was just right. I will definitely be visiting again soon!

Nice salon nice people. My only real complaint is I came in on a Groupon and I had never used a Groupon before but I was told it was necessary they charge $20 more and really didnt have it to spend hence why I havent had my hair done in 10 yrs but I agreed then was charged $35 more so instead of $44.40 i paid $79.80 so definitely misleading. Although it states there may be additional charges and i authorized the $20 more i was not told beforehand of the $35 being the total amount more so that is not right and I was very lucky to even have that in my checking account. Stylists should always tell a client up front if any additional charges are to happen so i can accept or reject it. I approved $20 not $35 and no additional toner was used for my shoulder length hair. You cant just use whatever and not get clients approval beforehand because they may not have the funds. I was told there may be additional charges for longer hair prior to visit however I got my hair cut to my shoulder prior to coloring. Again I was asked about the $20 toner which honestly I have never needed toner on my hair but I authorized it but I knew exactly how much i had to spend and then was charged an additional $15 at register than was not brought to my attention and i say this because I barely had enough and there could have been an issue had I not so i feel a client should Always give approval because $44.40 and $79.80 is a bit of a difference to surprise someone with unexpectedly.
