What a shame they can't be given a rating of (0). This place is horrible, the service is terrible, and they charge too much. I went with them on a Saturday for a car title, I had all the documents and they didn't ask me properly for everything they needed, on Monday they called me to bring them another piece of paper that they needed, I went to take it and they told me that no later than Thursday My plates were already there. I called on Thursday afternoon and they told me that they made a mistake on the papers and it had not happened in court but that by Friday my license plates were ready. I called on Friday afternoon and they told me the same thing that they had another mistake, but By Monday they were ready. I called the owner all the time and she never answered and when I saw that she wasn't answering my calls I sent her a text which she left me unmarked and she never responded. I waited until Monday and I went with my husband to the place and they told me that at noon they would give me a response, we waited and at noon they told us that the woman did not respond and that she did not leave the court until 3pm we waited and at 3pm they told us that Until 4:30 they could give us an answer. For this we already told them that we better want our money back and they didn't want it, all the time I was the one who had to call because they never reported to me. We were already very upset about waiting so long and on top of that the owner called the place to talk to us and was very unprofessional and indignant with a bad character and raised her voice and said that we had to wait and that the plates were going to be ready on Tuesday. How horrible I suggest to everyone to avoid going to this place.

It is highly recommended. I really like the personalized attention. They helped me very well with my papers. I am totally satisfied. I recommend it. Wagi is the best.
