The initial girl who answered the phone was so rude BUT I later found out that Peerless uses a third party to answer phones. After learning this, I was reached out to by a Peerless employee and had a much better experience. They need to get rid of the third party that answers the phones.

The person driving the purple box truck was driving reckless on the freeway. Cut off multiple vehicles. Coming from the Rt lane to the fast lane. Both driver and passenger felt the need to flip the middle finger at people driving. Almost rear ending a wrecker from behind. Need better employees then this

Svea was so responsive with my additional inquiries! Everyone communicated so quickly. And having help loading it into the car was fantastic. It was also a much better price than other places I looked at.
