I ordered flowers from here on a Friday to be to be delivered that same day. The flowers lasted 3 days and when I called to let them know the issue, they told me no refunds or replacement. Although the flowers were beautiful, the quality of the flowers were less than mediocre. I was trying to support a local business but will no longer be supporting this one.

As I stated on my previous review, is not about the transaction THAT WAS CANCELED BECAUSE YOU SEND ME THE WRONG FLOWERS is about the bad service and communication from your employee. Going back and forward with a customer shows how poor your customer service knowledge is and by unnecessarily replying with the detailed transaction you BROKE YOUR OWN PRIVACY POLICY that is located in your page, if anyone wants to read it.
