        GM A. Miller is a lair and charged my card without my authorization. Her staff lairs for her with her time and location at the hotel. Poor service and communication at this location. No accountability for poor service! I hope you raise your baby that you had in the background when you was having a business/ professional conversation with customers.

      We receive pest control treatments on a regular basis, I am sorry that you found bugs. If you haven’t already done so, please inform the front desk so we can request additional treatment for the area.

      I’m sorry you felt like my staff and I were liars. I can assure you, that is not the case. You should’ve taken that up with your friend who abused the IHG Employee rate discount program. I will not report her to her hotel or IHG like I should. I am honoring our verbal agreement to refund your overcharge as a courtesy, which I did not have to extend to you. I accepted your call because you did not want to listen to what my front desk team had to tell you. Yes, I am a nursing, working mother. I will not be shamed or judged by you. Although you rated us poorly based on something not my hotels fault, I wish you well.
