Its a very nice place me and my family loved it we havent gotten a nice hotel like this one In a long time we loved our room we slept comfortably the staff was very nice the food was delicious specially the pancakes eggs might had been a little cold but its very good I recommend this place this hotel will now be our to go whenever we come to Huston Im sorry to does who had a bad experience with this hotel Im pretty sure they are now doing there best to fix any mistakes they did with other visitors Rooms: Really relaxed was able to sleep I enjoyed it Food & drinks: Very good pancakes eggs little bit cold the apple juice wasnt actually apple juice just water but they were able to switch it to apple juice

Follow up. Today MGR did contact me a assured me they would take care of cleaning issues. We have stayed at this hotel many times during last year and a half. Close to MD Anderson. Cleanliness has continued to go down every stay. I have left feedback many times with no response. Yesterday after a long 12hr drive we arrived to our room and had an early 6am drs apt . After getting settled in a started noticing the filth. Dirty grout. Grout is originally white ( poor choice) but black in traffic patterns.Hairs in every corner in bathroom, mold covered with spray paint? Dirty. To late and to tired to move to another room. Left feedback again. Probably won't get a reply. It's a nice hotel just needs better cleaning. Noteworthy details: Great breakfast but dirty rooms
