        Breakfast wasn't up to par. Dislike hotels not cleaning rooms each day.

        Hotel Review Pros. Very clean, nice, updated, quiet. Huge disinfectant machine in the lobby.. WOW! I'm not sure what/how/when it is used. I would definitely stay here again. Cons: *They hold $100 for incidentals. 1. My room phone did not work as directed. When trying to contact the front desk, phone went to the messaging system. Dialing 0 did NOTHING. I tried at least 3 times to call the front desk from my phone. A different Employee came to check it. The front desk button finally rang to the front desk. 0 still did not work. 2. When I called the hotel from my cell. Employee: "Hello".... Me: Is this the comfort suites? Employee: "Yes".... a bit unprofessional. 3. Ottomans need to be replaced. The faux leather was peeling on one of them. I did inform the front desk and show pictures.

        Had an amazing stay! Rooms were clean, easy check in, breakfast was great and my family enjoyed the stay! Would recommend, staff was also great

        The rooms were spacious and clean! Will stay here again when in Houston. The staff was friendly, breakfast had the essentials, and location wise it was near a few good restaurants and donut shop. Easy access to the freeway.
