I rarely leave a negative review on anyone , but this hotel if I could leave a zero star review I would. Where to start - The "suite" that I booked. Let me tell you the word "suite" here is definitely worthy of air quotes because their version of this is a small room that literally had a retractable bed. The bed retracted up into the wall, and when it came down, it was just mattresses basically on the floor. The carpet had multiple stains throughout the room. Also upon check in, the lady told me she needed a credit card for incidentals, even though the room was already fully paid for. They charged $100 to my card and the charge actually posted. Meaning I'm having to spend time on the phone to pursue it with my credit card company to get the money back. They did not tell me this was a $100 FEE that they would actually POST. This on a room that was about $70 which was ALREADY PAID FOR IN ADVANCE. I checked out well before their checkout time. Basically all I did was get the room, sleep overnight and leave the next morning. I will probably end up spending more time on the phone sorting this mess out that I did in the room itself. So, if you have an extra $100 that you can do without for the next 7 to 10- business days (or possibly up to 60 days if you have to do a chargeback) remember - they will actually fully charge the card for the $100 - not an authorization hold that drops off like other hotels, then this option may work for you! Just know if you want it back, you will be spending time on the phone if your not one of the people I'm sure they're hoping doesn't notice that they actually fully process and charge your card for the "incidental". Oh, the kicker - if you order anything from their little snack stand?They'll charge that extra - that's right, even with the $100 they charged to my card, the lady still insisted on taking my card again and charging me $3.00 for a can of juice. Yes, the very same lady who had just checked me in not an hour before and who charged my card the $100 for incidentals.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! From walking in the front desk being on her phone checking us in til no remote for the tv, literally 1 towel in the room, nothing but a sheet covering the bed, never ever again!! As for the picture this was the breakfast (yea nothings there) they only had a waffle coffee and apple juice!! DISGUSTING!!! Yet the rate is still the same DIABIOLICAL!!! Rooms: 1 towel, disgusting order, no remote, air conditioner spelt like hot piss, pure trash, nothing but a sheet covering the bed Safety: People walking around all times of night street walkers Walkability: Nothing to walk to but the freeway cause the restaurant next door is trash as well Food & drinks: There was nothing but a waffle coffee and juice.. its diabolical!!! This young lady whipping her nose and working where the food supposed to be I AM PURE DISGUSTED!!! Handling the little things they do have and whipping your nose I could throw up!!!
