Hilton Garden Inn Houston/Bush Intercontinental Airport

During southwest December 2022 breakdown we got stuck in Houston stayed here. It was clean and the breakfast was awesome (paid, not free)

The hotel was under renovations so couldnt sleep in the morning after an all night flight. The restaurant menu is limited and they couldnt accommodate my gluten and dairy allergies because all of the eggs were cooked in butter and they didnt have any oil to cook them in. The front desk didnt spell our last name right so we couldnt connect to the wifi right away. Nearby activities: Pretty far from any activities but have a shuttle to the airport

This is by far the worse hotel I ever stayed at. They didnt have towels nor water. We ask to come fix the toilet they waited a day later to do so after I called again the next day. I ask for the manager to call me and I still havent heard from her. I tried to get refunded to stay elsewhere they said they couldnt do that. One front desk clerk said all he can do is give me a Im sorry while the other tell me house her lights went out at her house. I will never stay at this hotel again. Its crazy how I couldnt get refunded back my money on the second night so I had to stay the whole four nights but never again.

I will NEVER stay at another Hilton or any hotel associated with then EVER AGAIN !!! Safety: There was no running water in the hotel and they could not get us another hotel when this was considered an emergency situation.
