        This is the worst Insurance Agent I dealt with Employee. Not even on a professional level but as a human level. You dont talk to people in this sort of matter wether you are working or not. I call for a policy and she talks to me like Im a child and bothering her. I had requested my policy and she tells me she will send it I call back 20 min later and she said she abruptly told me that she isnt going to stop what shes doing to take care of what she had informally said she would do. Im not a child she is working customer service. I work customer service if I say I will do something for a client I take care of it. Cause its my job and its her job to tend to the customers.
