DO NOT place coverage with this agency. I paid them directly for coverage for our properties to be insured, and have been trying for the past 4 months to find out what insurance they placed me with and they still cannot find out. Stay away from this agency at all costs!! No matter what they tell you!

This company is committing fraud, they are collecting payment and not processing the insurance. Stay away, I had been with them for 3 years and the company in the last year has gone downhill. The company charged me for insurance and never paid my policy. After 3 months they called me asking for the payment I already had made. Then after an additional two weeks they informed me I had been driving without insurance for the last 3 months. They assured me it would be reinstated and then told me they could not reverse the cancellation. I was able to reach out to my agent who quit and get my policy reinstated. Mr. Hassan the owner, and manager never contact you back. In fact Debra my rep hung up on me and never called me back. Instead sent emails advising me of the bad news. I filed a complaint with the state, stay away!!!!!
