        they have the most clueless unprofessional people work there, after beed dealing with them for 7 years I finally sold my car, transferred the remaining of the insurance policy to another person who has transferred the policy to his broker, then for the following 2 months they kept calling me telling me to make payment, and other calls to send documents to renew policy.. and in every dumb call from them I tell them I'm no longer a client of yours and asked them 4 times to remove my account and info from their system and every time they say ok we have done that, then you call again after a few weeks.. unbelievable
