They wanted to charge me $10 for each notarization which the maximum by Texas law is $6. I brought the paper I wanted notarized ready but they wanted to charge me $10 more to fill it out online without even asking me. They wanted to charge me $10 for each notarization when the law in Texas is that they can charge the maximum of $6. And they also wanted to charge $10 more to fill out the paper electronically when I already had it primed and didn't ask if I wanted that service.

Too expensive; to make a change of title and plates. This is one of the agencies that charges the most in Houston, Tx. Better look for other options, compare prices before going to this branch.
