Adding a vehicle with you a has made me really think of switching. I have yet to hear from the “manager” and nobody takes ownership of the mistake. Overcharging fora car that I add a day before my Bill and I get billed for the vehicle when I was told I would see the charge next month. I call to get this refunded and get the run around that the manager is not there and I need to send bank’s statements. I have to provide docs on the mistake that was made in your office. I submit it. Instead the information I send in is insufficient and just like that it’s a ghost town. All the reminders that you say you add to to get a call back and nothing.

I’m very disappointed in the office. Not once but twice . The office didn’t get me the correct coverage. I’ve spoken with them several times concerning the matter. Wouldn’t you know I got in a wreck and all they say is you don’t have enough coverage.
