I have been a customer of Joy Knox State Farm for maybe around 6 years and this business has consistently displayed excellent customer service. I love that whenever I call, I can always speak to an actual human without having to press 5 buttons and wait 15 minutes. In the rare case that I do need to leave a message , they always call back immediately. Most recently, Ms. Tammy Gates has helped us with the process in submitting a claim. I really appreciate how willing she is, and has always been in answering any questions I had throughout the process. She always responds with patience and kindness. Customer service as excellent as hers is a rarity these days!

Joy Knox and her amazing team are so much more than an insurance agency. I've had the pleasure of working with Joy and her team and was blown away by the efficiency and level of service they were able to provide.
