I wanted to like this place, but unfortunately: 1. Couldn't use their HBO for months at a location closer to my house 2. There were multiple issues on how to find my veins, switching the arms and hurting me to the point I had bruises like a drug addict 3. Once, when I finally ended up going to another location I had to call reception from the HBOT (so happy I had my phone with me) that someone get me out of it because I had an allergy reaction. I've been told just to knock from inside, or someone will be checking me out, but no one came for more than 20 minutes 4. Eli was totally dismissive and ignored the fact that I had hives after laying on the feather pillows in the HBOT (I am aware of my allergies, but no one ever mentioned the feather pillow in it). The nurses were nice, though 5. I've tried to cancel my membership after not using it for 2 months through the email, but no one ever replied to my email. There was a voice message left on my phone from Eli, but being on a business trip, I didn't have time to discuss such a simple membership cancelation. 6. On top of everything, I've been charged again the following month 7. I've sent another email, but I never got a response again, so I had to dispute that transcation As an international business owner for me this is an unacceptable and unprofessional business approach. There are so many other IV businesses that will actually appreciate your time, health, and try to take care of their clients.
