The worst BMW service center ever. Nothing but a rip off. On my way to work, my drive belt broke and had to stop by at this location. The gentleman stated there will be $190 diagnostic fee even though you can clearly see what the issue is. I asked them if they can change the oil as well since they'll be working on the car. They said oil change will be $189 + tax. Anyhow, I left my vehicle at the service center for the day so they can give me an estimate and do an oil change. I received a call later on and the service manager told me that it will cost over $1000 to fix the problem and that's not including the oil change. Also I've to replace the engine mounts, so roughly I was looking at $5000 estimate. I don't know how this business work but BMW of The Woodlands, Momentum and BMW of College Station gave me a quote for EXACT same repairs for $2800. Service department staff said they're using genuine BMW parts. That means the other BMW dealerships use OEMs? well, you just lost a customer... oh and $190 diagnostic charge is actually $250 after taxes and fees just FYI. Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I have to go back because they didnt fix my issue with my bmw and then the check engine light came on when I left so I need to make another appointment to go back again,

Service Department was outstanding. The young woman was fantastic and very professional and kind.
