Amie Mccarver is the worst person I have ever tried to do business with. She doesnt answer call, emails, and blames everyone else for her mistakes. Please do not use this company and if you do ask for someone else other than Amie. There are more reviews of this Company on the BBB website. They are all terrible as well. Negative 5 stars for me.

We went to CrossCountry Mortgage because our realtor suggested we do so. OMG, what a terrible mistake! Amie Mccarver (NMLS357348) is the absolute worst. Amie doesn’t know what she’s doing. She told us she was locking our rate & didn't. We even filed the paperwork and everything. Then Amie wanted us to buy points since she failed to lock in the rate she gave us. She wanted us to pay for her mistake. Luckily our realtor felt bad for us and paid for the points since she had suggested going to CrossCountry in the first place. Amie was unapologetic and took zero accountability. I strongly recommend you give ANY other credible lender a try. These people are the worst!
