        Thier lobby lady was rude and their teller were also rude and slow . When it was Bbva the wait was a few mins . Now it took me 35 mins just to cash a check ! Horrible bank , looking to cancel my account soon !

        Bank anywhere else. The staff here is awful. Its like they are trying to get you to close your account. No such thing as customer service.

        I went here was treated like I was lying and misinformed about my banking status then told to call customer service without even them trying to help figure out the situation I was dealing with terrible experience I thought this was a decent branch, no more bad management on there part, called customer service and they were Swift to help me and confirm I was in the right. I will like to say the bank tellers I feel are welcomeing and nice it was the shift management who treated me poorly quick to dismiss me.
