The team made packing up and moving all my stuff into storage as easy and painless as possible, which is saying a lot as it was moving out of a home due to the end of a long term relationship. Their help in getting everything to fit in storage was off the charts.

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Called them today to confirm everything for my move thats tomorow and they told me that my move had been cancelled. At no point did I call them to cancel my my move. All they could tell me is that a manager went in the system to cancel the move. The people at spoke to on the phone were not helpful at all and basically told me that I was SOL and to call other companies to get moving services. Please tell me why I would call to confirm my move with them if I had cancelled it?! For a large company like this I expect way more. HORRIBLE!
