Just a bunch of kids messing around and not paying attention, Lesson learned to not take an expensive car to these guys, They broke the radiator cap of my Audi Q5 resulting in a small coolant leak that didn't get noticed until halfway to Austin when the car overheated. This caused hundreds of dollars in towing and time lost in replacing the parts. Simply because the tech forced the cap on and broke a bunch of the internal pieces of the cap.
