I highly recommend Ivan at Fit Factor. He is professional in every way - knowledgeable, encouraging, and able to target specific needs, while assessing the whole body. He has helped one family member regain strength and eliminate bad compensations following orthopedic surgery. Ivan far surpassed our expectations for what a personal trainer is able to help someone accomplish, and all with a calm and kind disposition. It appears all the trainers are interested in educating clients on proper form, fitness, and healthy living. This place is a hidden gem.

The trainers at Fit Factor are fantastic. They are extremely knowledgeable and make workouts fun. No matter where you are in your fitness journey they will meet you there and help you attain your fitness goals. The gym is always clean and overall a fun place to workout. I highly recommend Fit Factor!!!!!

Ivan trained my youngest son for 3 years. After my son left for college, I started working with Ivan which was 3 years ago. Ivan knows my strengths and weaknesses and creates the best hour of fitness for me each week. Just recently I struggled with a back issue from helping move my aunt and Ivan problem solved to help me get back to regular workouts. He told me to pause on exercise when I really didnt want to but it did help my back get better. Ivan knows fitness and is always striving to improve his own fitness goals which encourages me to do the same.
