        Great gym and community to join! Amy and the staff are very approachable, knowledgeable and supportive of your fitness goals. Like that the facility is part indoor / outdoor. If youre looking for a place with a support system to keep yourself accountable and motivation going, this is is the place.

        I found this gym when i moved to westheimer area. I needed to work on my strength training for my competition. I absolutely love this place, people are friendly and staff is helpful. I highly recommend it.
