        We had an extremely unpleasant encounter with one of your sellers, JJ. His conduct was unprofessional and disrespectful, as he attempted to pressure us into purchasing a gift card rather than using a credit card to buy the gun, which clearly suggested he was profiting from the gift card transactions. Furthermore, he had noticeable bad breath and body odor. Additionally, he seemed to unfairly stereotype customers based on their backgrounds. We had hoped for better treatment and a more positive selling experience. Regrettably, we chose not to make a purchase from your store due to our discomfort with his hygiene issues and attitude.
