I've been with fiducial for 24 years now. Without Ron there's no doubt I would have gotten into some trouble by now! He has put up with me for many years and done an outstanding job!

This group has an impressive network or professionals, but not all locations and principals are made equal. I am truly disappointed. Mr. Syed, its a good financial advisor in terms of knowledge, but he is the worse when it comes to responding to any clients. This group has advise on wrong information that has lead to penalties, and later denies everything. They have more work than their existing group can handle by the 'mom and pop' organization at this specific location. The front receptionist girl name Millie is rude, short, and knows next to nothing about financials and taxes. This will affect your financials and taxes. They are good for normal tax preparation needs, and if you are a small business. But communication, customer service, and attitude (the too busy attitude, too good to respond, not going to talk to you unless you pay) does not below in any professional group. After visiting with another Financial / CPA / Accounting group, Gainer Donnelly & Desroches, I am 100% positive that the way that Fiducial @ 1160 Dairy Asford is not a group that I would ever recommend to anyone. Please be advise that this is not a group that will help you grow your business, only treat you like #1273 of their client list. Find another Financial / CPA / Accounting group if you think business is a 'long-term' venture.
