We had 7 properties with them last year and were rejected by the county due to wrong address on file. No follow up from Tax Recourse and taxes were increased by 30k to 50k. I am responding to this unfair and untruthful response by the agent. First they had all my properties listed under a wrong address resulting in denial of the protest. Although she said she issued a refund check to me, I havent received any such refunds to date. The agent and her CEO called me 3 days before this upcoming hearing to demand that I remove my google review or they are not going to the hearing or represent me. Although I posted my initial review almost month ago, they waited 3 days before the hearing to mount pressure on me so I would be forced to remove the review or loose representation. This is completely unethical or professional. It seems that they value their reputation more than delivering value to their customers! I would highly discourage anyone needing such services to work with Tax recourse.

I just received my letter from Tax Recourse about the property tax savings that their team was able to provide for us for this year's tax review. Thank you so much to the Tax Recourse team! You guys are amazing and awesome! We have used Tax Recourse for several years now and they consistently provide results that we were never able to get before. And the best part is that these cost savings are cumulative over the years. Saving money this year means that we're also saving money on all future years too. I can't speak highly enough about the excellent communications to and from the team there, their professionalism, their courtesy, and ease of working with.
