        They rescheduled my appointment (that was made a year ago) multiple times. Finally went I to the rescheduled appointment, they were too busy to take my forms. Then a lady walked in randomly asking questions while they ignored me to answer her questions. Whats the point of having an appointment? Why shouldnt she have waited to be seen after they were done with already scheduled customers?
