        I recently was assisted by Courtney Coleman. He was able to assist me with a complex (to me ) tax situation which had been and is compounded due to illness. He was patient and professional in interactions over the phone and in person. He was able to process and complete all necessary paperwork within a matter of a few hours. ( I had assumed it would take muchlonger to process ). He explained everything as he processed the necessary paperwork. He provided me with clear documentation and receipts of what he had done. Things turned out much better for me than I expected and I feel like a tremendous burden has been removed. I am so glad that Courtney was able to assist me and help!
