I was ghosted by Kristie Harris, a franchisee of Jumping Jack Taxes even though I had a relatively simply tax return.

Jackie did my taxes. So grateful for her. Very sweet, professional, and efficient woman. I took all my family to her. Update: I have to note that though Jackie did my taxes and my father's, she's still delayed on my mother's taxes. We are now at 8 months. She's had a few personal matters to attend to and that's understandable, however communication lacked on her part and I had to constantly reach out for an update. Still waiting for my mother's taxes to be completed. My dad received a notice in the mail January 4th saying he owe $5,000. We are going to need more help in this matter.

Texted them, attached all my documents in the portal, texted them again, messaged them on the portal again, and I never heard back. I ended up filing my own taxes, but I am very disappointed since I own 8 JJT NFTs(5 founders). I was really hoping by the support the franchise. Maybe next year.

Unfortunately, they are MIA. I scheduled a consultation and there was no communication. I needed a basic audit of my prior years, my former CPA made mistakes that I need amended. I had high hopes but this brand is all for show.
