2nd UPDATE After calling this business 3 times and kept asking who the owner was and they would not say the guy calls us and won't give owners name but at the end he made a mistake saying his business. I was trying to resolve this situation the proper way but in the end due to the owner not being professional and yelling at a customer and disrespecting me I just figured it wasn't worth the headache and I did get my money back. They did mess up our tire completely. We can not use it ever. So Thanks to this horrible tire shop. Highly suggest not being like my husband who will stop anywhere cause he is in a hurry and it always ends up bad. Update -so since the owner responded and did not understand what I was saying we instructed them to take a tire upper rim and put another tire on a rim nothing else no air nothing my husband did ask for a receipt so he wouldn't have the proof of what was done when I called and Business and spoke to a guy named Christian he informed me the owner would not be back until next Thursday he didn't explain that my husband should've asked for an invoice most people think a receipt is gonna describe everything they should've explain that. then Christian inform me that probably what happened is the guy my husband said what he wanted done when he went to get a related to the guy doing the work he didn't get told correctly what the guy was supposed to do. I called back a second time spoke to Christian who refused after me asking multiple times with the owners name was would not answer then he puts me on hold which I hung up. I will be going up there tomorrow in person if anyone that read this review no owners name please let me know. If I could give zero stars I would. We were there yesterday to get a tire out on the rim. My husband watched the guy and the guy tried to put too much air in the tire to blow the plug. Only reason he stopped is because my husband said something. When my husband asked about a receipt the guy said it was connected to my husband's number. The receipt does not show what was done or anything. Before writing this review I was looking at the other reviews from People and noticed everyone that left a bad review the owner was very rude when replying back which made me almost not even want to leave this review. Being a business owner myself I would never reply back in a negative way to a customer but then again we don't have any negative reviews. The customer service there was extremely horrible. I will be contacting the owner tomorrow so I will update this review then if needed.
