Worst car service ever! 2 +hours for a tire change. Not even busy. Employees joking and laughing...even leaning against my car and using my hood as a seat...omg never again

I had an awful experience at a Firestone store in Houston TX. I brought my car in with a/c problems. I was getting a second opinion. I had done some research online and discovered some things. I tried to tell Mike the manager what I was experiencing but he didn't even want to hear what I was telling him. He began to tell me the problem could not possible be what I was suggesting. He began to tell me how long he had been doing ac work and he will check it out and let me know. I came back within an hour to tell me I had too much freon and they would charge $80 to take Freon out before they could tell me anything. I was tired of my car blowing hot air so I agree. He came back a few minutes later to tell me he couldn't find anything wrong and that it was blowing cold now. I told him it always blows cold when the engine is turned off then on again. He said bring it back if it didn't work. I believe I should have never been charged for something I didn't need. I was even more upset when I brought it to an ac car place and they quickly noticed a lose valve changed it added freon and that solved the problem. This big corporation gets a 0 and needs better auto techs and managers than Mike on Main Street in Houston TX 77054
