I went to change the brake fluid and took with me two bottles of brake fluid, each one of them is 32 ounces, one for flushing and the other for the new oil. I also brought two small bottles, each one of them is 12 ounces, just in case something happens. Firstly, I doubted they knew how to change brake fluid or what flushing means for brake fluid. However, they insisted on proceeding with the work. Firstly, one of the workers drew a small amount of brake fluid, less than 12 ounces, and put the same amount from the brake fluid storage, knowing that the brake fluid changing place accommodates up to 32 ounces, which means he did not change the old brake fluid and did not do the flushing and cleaning. All this time, I was watching what he was doing. Then he came to me and said he had finished the work and asked me for $80, even though he did not change the old brake fluid or flush it. He just removed some old fluid, not exceeding 12 ounces, and put the same amount without flushing or anything else. When I objected to his wrong work, he didn't solve any problem. On the contrary, he mixed the old fluid with the new one and said he would only make me pay $40 for his poor and incorrect work. After making me sit for more than two hours trying to convince me that their work was good and they deserved the money, although their work and service were very bad and wrong. It would have been better for them to tell me from the beginning that they didn't know how to change the brake oil, rather than lying to me and changing it completely wrong. The invoice bellow shows that they only use 473 ml for all process which is only 12 ounces, while this brake fluid change included flushing needs 64 ounces. I went to change the brake oil and brought with me two bottles of brake oil, each 32 ounces, one for the flush and the other for the new oil. I also brought two small bottles, each 12 ounces, just in case. At first I doubted they knew how to change brake oil or what flushing means for brake oil. However, they insisted on proceeding with the work. First, one of the workers removed a small amount of brake oil, less than 12 ounces, and placed the same amount from the brake oil storage, knowing that the brake oil change location can accommodate up to 32 ounces, meaning you didn't change the old brake oil and didn't do the flushing and cleaning. All this time, I was watching what he did. He then came to me and said he had finished the job and asked for $80 even though he didn't change the old brake oil or flush it. He just removed a little bit of old oil, not exceeding 12 ounces, and put in the same amount without rinsing or anything else. When I objected to their incorrect work, it didn't solve any problems. Instead, he mixed the old oil with the new and said he would only make me pay $40 for his poor and incorrect work. After making me sit for over two hours trying to convince me that their work was good and they deserved the money, even though their work and service was very bad and wrong. It would have been better if they told me from the beginning that they didn't know how to change the brake oil, instead of lying to me and changing it completely wrong. The invoice below shows that they only used 473 ml for the entire process, which is only 12 ounces, while this brake fluid change included a flush that requires 64 ounces. Very poor service. I went to change the brake fluid and flushing, and they did everything wrong. They didn't remove the old fluid or clean anything, and they mixed the new fluid with the old one. Terrible service and absolutely unreliable. Do not leave your car with them without watching what they do.

A couple of days ago I went to align my truck and balance the 4 wheels, I realized that they only did it to the front 2, well the worst thing was when I left there my car looked like it was dancing when I was driving at 65 miles I came back and told them about it and they made excuses that it was the wheels. I left there and took it aligned to another place and everything worked wonderfully. No more vibrations in my truck. I just went to waste money and time.
