        After having a flat tire, and getting it fixed at Goodyear, I felt like the tire was not balanced when the job was done. I ended up writing a bad review for this store. In 2 days the store manager gave me a call and was concerned about me not being happy with the job that was done since he saw the bad review. I think this is very nice that the store manager wants to make sure that the customer is satisfied and consistently check google reviews. A review that was initially 1-star ended up being a 5-star review.
