        5 cruises purchased in the last 20 years and have never been disappointed (Princess and Celebrity). The best price by far if we compare to the travel agency specializing in cruises which asked me for double or even triple the price.

        The worst travel agency ever. My travel agent Joyce lied to me and said that I would have a balcony suite for the total solar eclipse; 3 times she verbally told me that I would have a balcony and then she gave me a room without even a window. And charged me $5000 for a closet. And then I called them and they said she said she could not get a balcony which was a lie. She told me I would he getting a balcony so the agents are liars and the company refuses to fix their mistake. They suck. Company responded but still refuses to fix their mistake. $5200 for an inside room with no window is unacceptable. If you cared, you would refund my money. Refund my money!!!! Garbage room from a garbage company full of charlatans, liars and unhelpful sadists. I expect a full refund since my vacation was cut short and I paid for the travel insurance. Refund my money garbage company!

      Ian, we’re sorry to hear that you feel your travel counselor was dishonest about the cabin you booked. We would never intentionally mislead or lie to our customers. We see that our managers have reviewed the details of the calls between you and your travel counselor, and determined that although you stated you would prefer a balcony cabin, Joyce advised they were sold out and offered you an Interior Guarantee cabin which you agreed to book. Your cabin type is also displayed on the booking confirmation which was emailed to you. Unfortunately, once you are onboard, we have no control over cabin availability nor do we have the ability to upgrade your cabin. We’re sorry again that you feel lied to, and we hope that despite your disappointment, you’re able to enjoy the rest of your sailing and the eclipse.
