    Checked their website and saw they take my insurance. When I showed up to appointment was told they dont actually take my insurance and they had a similar issue with other people. They then offered me to pay out of pocket. Very suspicious. Because they responded with the below: I was told this has been a problem with multiple customers of yours. Ive never before had this problem. Not sure what a plan being different even means. The fact a health care facility finds insurance vague and confusing is worrying

    I showed up for a scheduled appointment, that had been confirmed. There was no one there, I called and knocked. There was no response and I had to go find an appointment at a different clinic. Now the owner replied saying Im incorrect or lying, I can happily provide the proof here. I went to a different clinic and will now definitely wont be using neumed in the future. Feel free to review the security footage and see not a single person was inside the clinic at 8am.

    I have visited other neumed locations before without any issues. This one was the exception. After visiting and paying for my services, I got an email today requesting for additional money. Mind you, the additional fees were not discussed with me in person. When I called to explain the situation, I was given an excuse about their billing department. Never had I experienced this before with any other location. There was no acknowledgement of billing me additional fees for services I had already paid for. Do yourself a favor, ask questions. In my case, I am not going to visit any other Neumed ever again. I don't need to patronize a business that has no integrity. Update 3/10/24 I received another bill asking me to pay what I do not owe. Do yourself a favor, stay far away from this establishment. They are nothing but a shakedown shop. And by the way, the business never called All I received was one email full of lies.

Hi Coty, even though we are in-network and contracted with all of the insurance companies you see on our website, you may have a specific plan which is “different” and excluded from our contract. We strive to be transparent and upfront with all patients with regards to cost. Please consider leaving your insurance company a one star review for being vague and confusing.
