Sorry, but NOT sorry. Come to find out, my car is valued on CarMax for half the price I paid for it. I paid nearly $11,000 for a 2011 Toyota Corolla, with 138,000 + miles & flood damage. I asked the sells man if they could lower the price just a little bit, he flat out told me no. I still went through with the sale because, I needed the vehicle asap before I lost my job, Etc. It's the principle for me! I just wanted a fair deal, That's all. If I'll give you 1 star Thanks for nothing @SouthWestAutoNation.

Would never buy a vehicle from this establishment ever again, the actual buying experience wasnt bad in any way but looking back rosario just said everything he needed to make the sale with no care for me the actual customer, but was sold a vehicle they knew very well to have issues, bad purge valve causing a check engine light, vehicle was sold with aftermarket wheels, to which the driver side front wheel was bent (shaking at highway speeds) to which i took the vehicle to a tire shop and the tech told me the wheel was bent and leaking air, contacted rosario and was greeted by a very disrespectful tone and attitude when i explained that my wheel was bent and (eventually broke into pieces on a pothole) was told not possible unless i was going way to fast and refused to make things right, sent me a check for the cost of the purge valve (not including labor) with fine print saying i was basically on my own for any future problems that may arise with the vehicle, 0/10 interactions with rosario and sunay was basically shunned for calling them out for selling a fault vehicle they knew was faulty, would never go back and would never recommend to anyone. OH and to top things off i still have not received a spare tire, jack or any of the stuff thats supposed to come with a car for months now

by Stephen N Car is in great shape, Rosario came down on his day off to meet me so I can see the car. Great customer service and a quality car. Couldnt be happier. Rosario also got me a great rate for my loan considering how interest rates are currently. Jun 03, 2023
