I have homeowners insurance through this agency. Fortunately, I've never had to file a claim. George Wilkinson was incredibly flexible with my payment. George is friendly, and pays attention to detail. My situation was abnormal. He researched several companies to fit my need. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because boss-man Poteet won't accept credit card payments without an extra fee. Really? Business owner to business owner - just like lights, printer ink, and air conditioning, this is a cost of doing business. Those costs of doing business are added into your markup as averages. Add an average credit card fee too. Welcome to 1995. Payments with plastic are in. Silly that I have to lecture a successful business owner about Business 101.
