I had a great experience here for my surgery and post op..my nurses Lecha and Jennifer (I believe Im saying her name right; if not I apologize) but they made my stay very comfortable and had a great bedside manner!

I had a spinal fusion done on 3/8/2023 at Townsend Memorial off of 1960. I can not say enough good things about the care I received from the staff. They all worked together as a team and made sure I was comfortable and cared for. I was in a lot of pain after surgery and one of the nurses stayed with me talking to me and calming me down until my medication started working. They also did a great job keeping my family informed of my progress. I can honestly say this was one of the best hospital experiences Ive had.

I was admitted to TMH for back surgery. Since the beginning of this journey, I have been well cared for and really listened to. My nursing staff (Tez, Rhonda, Rika and Trice) have not only taken great care of me, but were very kind and happy in general and always willing to go the extra mile. From the ladies at check in, to my surgeon, anesthesiologist (who was the funniest guy Ive met in a long time), the surgical team, the physical therapist (Marla, who was a delight), my nurses and CNAs, Ive had the best experience out of any hospital Ive been admitted to. I cant say enough nice things about this hospital and staff. Thank you to everyone of you who have made this journey as pleasant as it could be.

Showed up after vomiting and experiencing extreme fatigue for almost 3 weeks. Was turned away saying I wasn't an emergency. Ended up being admitted to another hospital right as I went into DIabetic shock where they found I had acute Pancreatitis. Doctor hear brushed us off saying it wasn't urgent but just two hours later i had another doctor telling me I probably wouldn't have made it till morning. This hospital is a joke and care is only for those who are already dead or those who's pockets are lined with cash

This is the worst most incompetent hospital ever!!! May sister has been a nurse for over thirty years and myself over twenty! The hospitalist(Dr. Magnis) is rude and doesnt listen to his patients! We were told to pay 5k for an extra night got it approved by insurance then they came up with other reasons! Unacceptable!!!! Her pain wasnt controlled, she was vomiting ,stressed on top of having fresh surgery none of which is conducive to her healing!!! Please dont take your family here!!
