All American Septic

They were recommended to me by a local plumbing company. They arrived within 2 hours and did the job quickly and efficiently. The guys were super nice, the quoted price was accurate and their truck was super clean. Ill use them again!

Asked them to come out and empty my poo tank, was quoted $150 per 500 gallons. When they got here, I asked them again I owe you $150 right? They said yes if thats what you were quoted. I come inside and wrote a check and waited. Then they come get me and say they want to charge me $250 first then they said $225 to seal something in the one tank I asked to be emptied, so I let them. When my husband got home we looked down in the tank with a long mirror and seen nothing that they sealed the tank was still the same, water was leaking from the normal drain pipe. Then they come tell me I owe $450 for them emptying all 3 tanks. MIND YOU, the other two werent full, in fact you could see to the ground, and could see all the way down to the pump in 3rd. I never asked them to empty the other two tanks. They didnt need it, but they did it anyway and charged me $450. I even asked them why they did that, and they suggested that they could put what they emptied back in?! They strong armed me BIGTIME. What if I didnt have $675 to pay them? The guy that sealed whatever said hed be back in his personal car later that day to finish and never came. I am HIGHLY dissatisfied with this company. I needed one tank emptied, thats it. Very bad business.
