Woodland Hills

I have lived here 3 years. Clean, safe, great and kind staff . Once I caught break on removal of a late fee. Regular maintenance completed. Grounds are kept meticulously. Neighbors are quiet and nice. Just overall I have been 1000% satisfied. Oh yeah, great community for pet owners and convenient to shopping and public transportation!!!

Every time I go into the office for help! They are attentive! In my experience of apartment living, I never deal with the manager because they always seem occupied. At Woodland Hills on three separate occasions the other two girls in the office were busy and so I assumed I would be waiting until they were done because Ive never had a manager come out and assist me. I always have to wait for another person in the office to become available. Well, the manager came out and offered assistance. She is new so what I needed help with wasnt a quick easy solution but instead of passing me on or asking me to wait until someone else could help me, she took the time to try and figure it out. Welp she DID! That meant a lot to me! For obvious reasons! For me, that shows she genuinely cares! The other ladies in the office are always helpful but to see the manager step up was a new delight bc managers in apartment living in my personal experience always seem too busy to help. 5 stars!
