I own a business and am a business broker in Los Colinas managing employees and brokering 7 figure deals in the DFW Metroplex. I was excited to get some help managing the payroll for my employees and turned to Insperity. Upon my research and various connections to the local institution, I have discovered a pattern of dishonesty, lack of communication, and inconsistency in the way this location provides its offered services. I am disappointed as they will not be the solution I am looking for. I have worked previously in finance and from my experience I can confidently conclude that this locations Insperity is not at all what you should expect from a financial institution and is not to be trusted to manage a businesses finances. I would seriously warn against using this organization for your payroll needs.

I can't imagine that this place delivers in terms of customer service and I certainly would not trust them to manage my organization's finances and payroll. I own a marketing agency and a younger relative of mine completed an internship with this company. I considered moving my business to Insperity but decided against it based on her experience. She was told the day before her internship ended that no permanent positions were available but that they would be soon and she was urged to apply. She was promised an interview when the positions opened back up shortly. Since then, she has been unable to get status updates on her application and no progress has been made towards an interview in over 3 months. Clearly they have no issue making promises they know they won't keep and lack effective communication skills. Any response she has gotten truly demonstrates their disorganized structure and lack of consideration towards employees. I feel their services would likely reflect this level of chaos and dishonesty. It would be a mistake to trust this location with something as important as finances and payroll. In my opinion, Insperity in los colinas needs to work on their integrity and organization before anyone should consider hiring them in the near future.
