I called USER-SEC to set up my company's call center, and help me with a few IT issues I was having. By far the easiest, and fastest experience. They were very knowledgeable, and customer service friendly. The representative was able to answer all of my questions, and concerns. He even taught me a few things! I will recommend them to all of my friends, and clients for IT support.

I can't say enough good things about this company. When we launched last year, we contacted usersec to have our shop's point of sales and wi-fi set up. Jeff and his team were very knowledgeable and helped me decide what options best suite my business. They wanted to make sure I wasn't paying for more than what I needed, which for any business is important. Over the course of our service with them, we have also had them set up our server and cloud storage, set up our website and webstore, and we've recently switched to them for our phones. Without a doubt this has been the easiest company to work with. They provided a premium service at a reasonable rate. I would recommend this company to anyone who takes their business seriously and sees value in professional tech support.

We recently launched our digital design firm in Arlington, and we had no idea how we were going to store all of our images where everyone could access what they needed to without relying on email and being sure everyone had the most up to date version. Thankfully, USER-SEC knew exactly what we needed and had a plan in place the very next day. We were so happy with the work they performed we have decided to sign on for their monthly management service. If its anything like the setup they did for us, I expect to be happy with it too. Their pricing was a little lower than previous quotes we had received and our team was able to work with them with ease. Once you sign on they include your licensing for Microsoft Office and have a variety of options for antivirus. They also offer a referral program so whenever you bring on another client, it reduces your monthly bill. I wish I could rate them higher, so far it has been a fantastic experience and would recommend them to any one who's trying to launch a new business or to those are evaluating their current computer solution.
