My new favorite Hilton hotel in the entire brand. Thank you for making my 28th birthday the very best. The staff was so nice and the room was breath taking.

Booked a suite, got a room that was not a suite. Was told they are sold out for the weekend and that’s all they have. Large group was very loud on my floor while staying there especially at 2 am. Checked out Monday 15th, on the way to the airport realized I left my Apple Watch in the room called immediately was told management would give me a call back. No call. I called twice, finally spoke to the housekeeping manager on Thursday, which was ridiculous I had to call back that many times. Only for them to say we didn’t find anything. I’m sure you didn’t now that’s it’s 3 days later. Very disappointed. Will not visit again and will share my experience with others.

I've stayed here a total of 4 visits in 2021. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are concrete boxes with large windows and efficient bathrooms. Great for allergies. I've had the diner at the bar twice and think it's pretty good. Overall I liked the place enough to come back but it isn't without its downsides. 1. The breakfast is good but not worth the $16 charged for it. It's basically a continental breakfast. Signage is weak alerting that it's a charge breakfast so the first time I sat down with a plate with some fruit, I was surprised to see the bill handed to me. 2. I've been charged different prices for the same items from the snack station in the lobby. One day I bought two canned Dr Peppers for $5 and the next day I bought two more and the price was $6.50. 3. Amenities vary by room. The first 3 stays my room always had a small fridge and microwave. I planned on this my 4th visit and bought beer before hand (the beer is expensive on site) and was surprised that my room this trip didn't have either a fridge or microwave. I did call the front desk and they brought a fridge. 4. The sinks are small. No problem brushing teeth or washing hands but be prepared for a lot of water on the floor if you try to wash your face.
