Over changed for work. They advertise a 70% discount when I given no discounts. The salesman was a fast talker and slick. The item I picked was not installed. The salesman said on Friday the job would begin on Monday. When I called the installer on Monday he said he had just received my paperwork and it will be Tuesday. After I told him no it needed to be Monday are I was canceling. He finally sent the the installer at 1 pm on Monday. I then received a call from him requesting $500 more dollars. Brianna was very professional and knowledge about their flooring. She was able to help us with picking the flooring we needed for a new room addition to our house. Installing we great and actually worked with us when we needed to push it back due to personal conflicts. The carpeting itself is great quality also. Very unprofessional. The installers did not do a good job. They damaged the drywall in my house and it is taking forever for the company to fix.
